In both cases, the issue is not the agent's reasoning ability. It is the absence of cross-system context.

Sweep’s internal benchmarks, derived from analysis of more than 12,000 anonymized chats of their customers with agents, show that what typically takes enterprise teams 11 hours of cross-system investigation, Sweep compresses down to roughly one hour.
