Sweep Scheduling is native scheduling built into the Sweep platform — a complete inbound funnel covering lead capture, routing, availability, calendar booking, video conferencing, and Salesforce write-back in one place. Prospects book meetings through either an embeddable form widget on your website or hosted, shareable booking links. Both entry points run the same sequence: route the lead in Salesforce, check the assigned rep's live availability, let the prospect pick a slot, and automatically create the calendar event, video meeting, and Salesforce Lead and Event record. Reps configure meeting types, per-rep working hours, routing rules, branding, and connected accounts (Google Calendar, Zoom) from the Sweep Scheduling app.

Sweep only requests the data it needs to schedule and manage meetings on your behalf — nothing more. Google Calendar access is used to read the rep's free/busy data so only truly open slots are offered, and to create, update, or cancel calendar events on confirmed bookings with the rep and prospect as attendees. Zoom access is used to automatically create, update, and delete the Zoom meeting tied to each booking and embed the join link in the calendar invite. Salesforce access is used to route the lead, create or match the Lead/Contact record, and write the meeting back as an Event. Rep credentials (Google, Zoom) are stored encrypted, scoped to the rep's own account, and never used for advertising, sold, or shared with third parties. Reps can disconnect any connected account at any time to revoke access. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

When a rep connects their Google account to Sweep, we ask for access to Google Calendar so scheduling works end-to-end. We use that access only to power meeting booking: reading free/busy data so only truly open slots are offered to a prospect, creating a Google Calendar event on confirmed bookings with both the rep and the prospect as attendees, and updating or canceling that event when a meeting is rescheduled or canceled through Sweep.

A prospect submits an embedded form or opens a hosted booking link. Sweep routes the lead in Salesforce and assigns it to the right rep before any calendar is shown.

Sweep reads the assigned rep's working hours and their live Google Calendar free/busy data, then shows only slots that actually work — timezone-aware and buffer-aware.

On confirmation, Sweep creates the Google Calendar event with the rep and prospect as attendees, spins up a Zoom link, and writes the meeting back to Salesforce.

Many lead routing solutions require complex setup, static rules, or ongoing IT involvement. Sweep was designed for Salesforce admins, with no-code configuration and a clean interface. Admins can update routing logic, territories, and deduplication rules without coding or long workflows. With advanced options like tie-breakers, workload caps, and real-time previews, admins stay in full control of how records move through Salesforce. Because configuration, documentation, and governance are built into the same workspace, changes are faster, safer, and easier to troubleshoot. The result is fewer tickets, quicker iteration, and more independence for teams managing complex orgs.

Yes. Sweep fully supports both round-robin and territory-based routing, giving admins the flexibility to configure whichever method best fits their sales model, or to run both side by side. With round-robin, leads, opportunities, or accounts can be distributed evenly across SDRs, AEs, or CSMs, with options for weighted distribution and workload caps to prevent rep burnout. With territory-based routing, records can be assigned according to geography, account tier, industry, or any Salesforce field, and territories can be updated dynamically without downtime. Sweep’s routing engine is multi-object, so the same logic applies whether you’re assigning leads to SDRs or accounts to enterprise reps. Admins can also combine the two methods, for example, first routing by territory, then round-robin within the assigned group, to ensure fairness and precision. Because all of this is configured natively in Salesforce with no Apex or Flow, changes are fast, transparent, and easy to maintain.

Traditional lead routing in Salesforce depends on static rules. Sweep introduces AI-driven logic that considers geography, account context, rep workload, and deduplication in real time. This ensures that every lead is routed to the right person instantly, even as territories or teams evolve. The AI-driven approach not only improves speed-to-lead and conversion rates but also reduces the need for manual intervention, helping RevOps teams scale with confidence.
