As the saying goes, teamwork makes the dream work. And that is especially true when it comes to managing CRM processes. With that in mind, we are excited to announce our latest product release: Commenting.

With this new feature, you can add comments, mention team members, and reply to existing threads in any funnel within your account. Plus, you can invite new users that can only view or comment on existing funnels. Just use the organization menu on the top right and you can add as many viewers as you'd like to collaborate with.

Collaboration is absolutely crucial in achieving business goals. This feature will give you the ability to work with your team members and communicate directly with them in the context of your actual Salesforce configuration. When you add a comment, it will appear in a notification area on your canvas and in the platform. Plus, users you are tagged in your comment will receive an email as well as a Slack message with a link directing them back to your feedback.

We also linked the commenting feature to permissions so that you can create a layer of users who are only able to leave notes on the canvas, but cannot make any modifications. This will help Salesforce users increase business process visibility without losing control over the configuration.
