  3. Visualize your configuration - Sweep will translate your configuration into a visual canvas so you can always see exactly how your process is configured in Salesforce.
  4. One Click Deploy - Sweep will also translate your business process into a scalable and flexible Salesforce configuration and deploy it to your destination environment. Once it is tested and ready, quickly and easily move it to production.
  5. Analyze and iterate - Use your Sweep created Salesforce configuration in production. Analyze data and the configuration, receive feedback from stakeholders, and iterate accordingly!

Sweep is designed for B2B companies that use Salesforce as their CRM. Sweep supports both customers with an existing Salesforce configuration, or companies that are starting with Salesforce from scratch.

  2. Connect to as many Salesforce environments as you like (sandbox or production)
  3. Install the Sweep Managed Package in all connected Salesforce environments
  4. Create steps, fields, gates and automations in Sweep
  5. Click “Deploy”

Sweep users install a managed package in their Salesforce instances. In Sweep, users configure how they want their business processes to work.

Sweep can then deploy these processes as metadata to Salesforce via the managed package (as custom fields, objects and custom metadata records), all of which are native to Salesforce.

Since Sweep is focused on your business processes, it currently only captures and analyzes your metadata, and not your data or PII.
